Every Sustaign panel is produced from 100% post-consumer recycled polypropylene, including surplus colour pigments from large manufacturing partners that would otherwise be processed as chemical waste. The result is a high-end surface with a story of renewal built into every layer.
We are not a materials producer. We are a design studio. Our focus is on the visual potential of recycled plastic, its depth, texture, and ability to hold its own in any high-end interior.

No virgin plastic. Every panel starts as waste collected across the Netherlands, including avocado transport crates, cleaned and shredded in our own studio.

Our colours come from surplus pigments left over from large-scale industrial production. Materials that would otherwise become chemical waste. Every colour in our palette is a rescued leftover.

Because we mix and press by hand, no two panels are ever identical. The pattern, depth, and colour variation are a direct result of the process. That is not a limitation. That is the point.

Together we define the right colour blend. From our stock palette or a custom RAL colour developed specifically for your project.

We produce a physical 50×50 cm sample so you can see and feel the material before committing to a full panel. Adjusted until it is exactly right.

With colour confirmed, we hand-produce a full-size panel (1150×2350 mm) in your chosen thickness 12, 18, or 22 mm, or any custom dimension between 6–22 mm.

Using your technical drawings, we cut and finish the panel into the desired product or interior component, ready for your fabricator.

The finished piece is delivered directly to your client, architect, or interior builder ready for installation.
