1. Product Description

Sustaign offers handmade, sustainable panels crafted from recycled plastic (polypropylene) in your preferred color combinations. These panels are custom-made to meet your specific requirements, with dimensions of 1150 x 2350 x 12 mm. Thanks to our artisanal process, each panel features a unique pattern, while maintaining consistent color combinations. The visible side of the panels is finished, sanded, and polished, while the underside remains rough for optimal bonding to other materials.

2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the size of the order and production capacity. Any defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the products. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Normal wear and tear from use are not covered under the warranty, nor is damage caused by improper use or alterations by third parties.

3. Color Variations
Color variations in reorders are inherent to the use of recycled materials and may differ from batch to batch.

4. Payment Terms
A deposit of 40% is required before production begins. The remaining 60% must be paid within 14 days of delivery. Sustaign reserves the right to charge interest or penalties for late payment.

5. Packaging and Transfer of Responsibility
Products are delivered on a pallet. Responsibility for the products transfers to the buyer once collected by the carrier. Sustaign is not responsible for damage caused during transport.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the control of Sustaign, we reserve the right to extend the delivery period or terminate the agreement without compensation to the buyer. Sustaign will inform the buyer of such circumstances as soon as possible.

7. Agreement Duration
This agreement is valid for one year from the signing date. Upon expiration, the agreement may be extended or adjusted by mutual consent.

8. Product Variations
Sustaign produces handmade products, where natural variations in color and pattern may occur. These variations are an inherent characteristic of the artisanal process and are acknowledged and accepted by the buyer. Sustaign cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from these unique features.

By placing an order with Sustaign, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Sustaign retains your information solely for contact purposes. Your data will not be used for any other purposes or shared with third parties. By placing an order with Sustaign, you agree that your information will be stored until the completion of the process. Sustaign may keep the data for a slightly longer period in case any complications arise.
