We Design
SUSTAIGN is a Design Studio and also a small manufacturinghouse that creates unique handmade, super-sized panels to provide customised solutions for retail, architecture, interiors and product design, among others.
Our small-run production, innovative techniques and han prepared approach, creates a unique range of sustainable panels and unique products made entirely from plastic waste that can be fully personalised!

We Manufacture
Out of curiosity about how things work, we started to develop our own recycling process, a unique process that emerges over a period of time. Through this process we can deliver you a unique pieces from our sustainable sheet material that will exceed your expectations of this material, the true hidden beauty of plastic waste, merged with the modern design!
We believe in our own personal and unique process that we have developed, between man and machine. That process starts with a bunch of plastic waste and ends with a perfectly adapted design based on colour and pattern!

We Create
While our materials are produced as flat sheets, they are incredibly versatile. We can cut, screw, drill, mill and weld them together for you, allowing you to realise a wide range of designs.
With our in-house advanced 3-axis CNC machining facilities (work-area 2500 x 1300 x 200 mm), we offer an incredibly accurate way to cut our solid surface panels. We can pre-cut shapes with different profiles, such as table tops or components in cabinets. This can reduce your shipping costs, and we can recycle the skeleton waste and the milled shavings and reuse them in future products.
We Finish
While our materials are produced as flat sheets, they are incredibly versatile. We can cut, screw, drill, mill and weld them together for you, allowing you to realise a wide range of designs.
We can finish the sheets with a matt polished finish for you, this is a special treatment that you can add to your requirements.
In addition, we assemble all our plates through plastic welding, this is the strongest solution for joining the separate parts into one design!
