Hello, we are the Dark family! Our family is formed by 3 different sustainable members, and we are completely handmade and unique!
If an item proves to be broken you may return it unused, within 10 days after receiving the product(s). Only original packaged returns in new condition will be accepted. You may select a replacement, voucher or refund* for the item.
All of our products are handcrafted using our unique process. As a result, the products may contain some air bubbles and material "shrinkage" in certain areas. For these reasons, the products cannot be returned, this is part of the creative process of developing these products.
Pre Order products are not the same as the photo’s on the website. We make the sustainable vases in the colour on request. The product is therefore different from the photo and cannot be returned for this specific reason. Every product is unique, same as the pattern on the Pre Order products.

All items require a return form, to process your return correctly and quickly. Please email us at info@kunst-s.nl to receive the return form. KUNST-S is not responsible for any loss or damage of the returned item(s) during transport. We strongly advise to use registered and insured parcel service. We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging for the original order. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
The direct costs of returning the goods arrive at your expense. In the case of a defective or if you received an incorrect item, KUNST-S will pay the costs of returning.
KUNST-S delivers worldwide by using renowned postal services. We strive to ship all orders within the mentioned shipping time in the product description. The products in stock will be send to you within 5 - 7 business days. Most products are costum made. The exact delivery time of your costum made order will be confirmed by mail. This can be different because of the artistic creation time our team will spend on your product.
Standard shipping within the Netherlands. Transport costs for all other countries are different depending on ordered products and country. During your check out shipping costs are automatically calculated and reported. If your country is not on the list please choose other country.
